About RakingPix

RakingPix is a Chrome extension developed by JopDev that helps users find, filter, organize, rename, and download images from webpages they choose to scan.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use RakingPix and for making sure your use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws, website terms, licenses, copyright rules, and other rights.

Accounts

Some RakingPix features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You should not share passwords or other authentication credentials with other people.

RakingPix Pro

RakingPix Pro is offered as a one-time purchase for $9.99. There is no recurring subscription fee.

A Pro purchase provides access to RakingPix Pro while the product remains operated and supported by JopDev. A one-time purchase does not guarantee that RakingPix will operate indefinitely.

Discontinuation and refunds

If JopDev permanently discontinues RakingPix Pro within 180 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. After 180 days, a permanent discontinuation does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

JopDev may provide additional refunds at its discretion.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. JopDev does not directly store your full payment card information.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds, payment reversals, or disputes may result in removal of RakingPix Pro access associated with the affected transaction.

Acceptable use

You may not use RakingPix to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of RakingPix or its services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or misuse the service in a way that causes harm to others.

Availability

RakingPix is provided on an as-available basis. JopDev does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RakingPix is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JopDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use RakingPix.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as RakingPix changes. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
